Since July 29th, 2016, Minafin S.a.r.l., the mother company of Minafin Group that used to be a Luxembourg company, has acquired the Belgium nationality as an SPRL and has relocated its headquarters from Luxembourg to the Group’s Louvain-la-Neuve site in Belgium, by means of a cross-border transfer. Minafin S.P.R.L.’s legal personality remained unchanged but is henceforth subject to the laws of Belgium.
This transfer was driven by the recent acquisition of a hight potent API business in Belgium and the willingness to further streamline the group structure.
